The Lake View Release will  offer the most premium land at Billy’s Lookout. Homesites will be sold by private tender with guide prices starting from $275,000.  The following suggested process will help you secure your dream homesite at Billy’s Lookout.

1. SIGN UP FOR EMAIL ALERTS
The price guide will be released via email on Thursday 13 August 2015. If you would like to receive the price guide, please make sure you have signed up to receive email alerts.Sign up here..

2. OBTAIN THE SALES INFORMATION
Documentation such as contract, draft DP plan, 88b, bushfire report and lot classifications will be available once the price guide has been released. You can obtain this information from our Land Sales Consultant.

3. DUE DILIGENCE
By this stage, you will want to make sure that your finance is secured and any due diligence is performed. We also advise purchasers seek legal advice as part of their due diligence.

4. ATTEND THE GRAND OPENING
Make sure you’re at the Grand Opening on Saturday 22 August. You will be able to view the lots, discover the lake views, speak to builders about home designs and other suppliers such as Telstra, Aussie Home Loans and Wall Legal.Read more…

5. SUBMIT YOUR BEST OFFER
Purchasers will be given one chance to submit their best offer, which is irrevocable. Return one signed copy of the contract complete with the offer price to McCloy Group head office either in person or by courier.

The highest offer for each homesite will generally be accepted first. If there are two purchasers on the same homesite offering the same price, the homesite will be given to the purchaser who returned their unconditional submission to us first.

If any terms and conditions of the contract are changed we reserve the right not to accept that offer even if it is the highest offer.

Tenders close at 5pm Wednesday 2 September 2015.

6. DEPOSIT
A $10,000 deposit is to be paid by the purchaser at the time the tender is lodged. The deposit should be in the form of a bank cheque and attached to the contract and made payable to Harris Wheeler Trust account.

7. PURCHASERS NOTIFIED
All bidders will be notified of whether they were successful or not by 5pm on Friday 4 September 2015. If you are successful in your tender the contract will be immediately duly executed and exchanged by McCloy Teralba Pty Ltd (the developer) and a copy returned purchasers. If you are unsuccessful the contract and deposit will be immediately returned.

8. SETTLEMENT
Contracts will then be settled within six (6) weeks of the date of exchange or 14 days from the date of registration, whichever is the latter.
